I am an on-call, mobile tech support specialist ready for non-emergency call outs 7 days per week. Rates: A flat of $20 applies for all call outs.
What I do: Software diagnostics, gateway and network diagnostics, and hardware installation. I work with: PC, MAC, retail systems including POS, and routers/gateways. My service rate is $17 per hour thereafter. Most issues can be resolved within an hour.
