My last bathroom renovation before starting work at Spearhead. Before and after photos.

The owners of this home wanted to offer their tennants a secure place to put their garbage can, and to store items like winter tires etc. so we built them this little shed in the same colour and style of their house.

When these clients removed the temporary shelter over their hot tub, we built them this timber frame structure with a clear roof to replace it. Nicely done Tony & Curtis!

This kitchen remodel included new wide oak flooring (thanks Kathy @ Maglio's!), granite countertops, appliances, lighting, paint, and a few new cabinets. Re-using original cabinets in a new layout can be a very daunting task, but we had help... A big thank you to Michelle Nunn from Maglio's for all your help with making this into a functional and attractive kitchen!

For this client we built a new fence around her garden and the front of her house, and refurbished this cool old gate she purchased from an antique dealer.

With the interior nearly finished, this project is close to completion. An addition that includes a master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet will give this mother of a growing teenage son a quiet place to relax!

This was part of a larger reno, and until I had recently gone back through the pictures I didn't realize just how much the front of this home changed with a few upgrades! We installed a new window, a new door with sidelights (Thanks Brent @ Maglio Building Centre - Nelson), built a portico at the entrance, and re-painted.

If you've been in any house built in the '70's you have likely seen a rock "feature" wall similar to this one. Rough and far from level, with an oddly placed shelf, this home owner was not happy with the look of the wall, but uncertain exactly how to deal with it. After some carefull consideration we decided it would be too large a task, and far too messy to tear it down, and so began the process of anchoring and leveling some framing members to the existing wall so we could attach the new wall. We brought it up to the "ready for paint" stage and the home owner took over from there... nice work on the paint Bev!!

This was a fun project installing reclaimed flooring from the movie set of "Interstellar"... A few other famous actors tread across those floor boards as well!
