We are extremely excited and proud to share that, for a limited time, we are offering FREE and accessible clinical counseling, courtesy of our Student Clinical Counsellor. 🙌✨

Our Student Counsellor is dedicated to supporting you while working under expert supervision and pursuing their Registered Professional Counsellor or Registered Therapeutic Counsellor designation. Upon course completion they will meet the requirements for registration with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).📍

Jessica Lynes

Jessie Lynes is a Counselling Therapy Student who is passionate about creating a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported—just as you are.

She works with a variety of clients and feels especially connected to supporting postpartum mothers as they move through the emotional highs and challenges of early parenthood. Jessie understands that this season can be both beautiful and overwhelming, and she is here to walk alongside you through it.

With a background in competitive athletics, Jessie brings a strong appreciation for the mind-body connection, along with an approach that is both grounded and collaborative. She believes meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and heard.
