This is a slightly edited recording of the "3P in Africa Alcohol Healing Program" webinar on “The MIND-BODY Connection as it Pertains to the Three Principles.” Dr. Bill Pettit served as the main speaker, with valuable contributions from Jim Beck, Larry Petersen, and Harry, each adding depth and wisdom to the conversation.

Four Alcohol Healing groups from the Nakivale Refugee Camp in Uganda attended the session, along with many from Facebook Live. Their questions, reflections, and heartfelt energy brought a powerful spiritual presence to the program. The talks were delivered in English with Swahili translation provided by David. 3P in AFRICA MIND-BODY CONNECTION

Wednesday, April 29 at 6:00 PM (Uganda):
Dr. Bill Pettit (psychiatrist) & Harry will share on the "MIND-BODY CONNECTION from a 3P perspective" with 4 Alcohol Healing Groups in Nakivale Refugee Camp.

Friday, May 1 at 6:00 PM (Uganda):
Dr. Dicken Bettinger (psychologist) & Harry will present on The "PURITY OF THE PRINCIPLES" with the Pastors Group in Nakivale Refugee Camp.

For both of these talks, 3P in Africa will host and livestream under Harry Derbitsky the sessions on Facebook Live. While attendance at the meetings themselves is by invitation only, the presentations—delivered in both English and Swahili—will be shared more broadly to support and benefit others. Food will be provided at both gatherings.

EXCITING NEWS!
Today, with nearly 100 women from Juru in Nakivale Refugee Camp, Uganda in attendance, we officially launched the 3P Juru Youth Program!
This powerful new initiative will be led by three inspiring women from Juru, with support from David and Harry. Classes will begin very shortly.
We have intentionally limited the first group to 25 youth (ages 11–18), even though we could easily have 80–100 eager participants ready to join.

This 30-minute excerpt is taken from a 2-hour talk with two alcohol healing groups in Nakivale Refugee Camp. Dr. William Pettit Jr. (“Bill”) and Harry share insights on Finding Stillness. In this segment, much of the focus is on Bill responding to a deeply important question: how to deal with pain arising from past torture—especially when memories resurface alongside physical pain in the present moment.
The full video contains many powerful moments, meaningful reflections, and a strong sense of hope and connection.
