The Fraser Valley housing market saw some interesting shifts this November, with elevated inventory putting a bit of downward pressure on prices while sales continue to adjust.

• Home sales came in at 943, 📉 down 16% from October.
• Active listings remain high at 9,201 homes, 47% above 📈 the 10‑year seasonal average.
• 🏠 The benchmark price for a typical home dropped slightly to $912,400.
