As I start to make some YouTube Videos and Podcasts, I dont want to just use Instagram as a bombarding platform for content on other platforms.. so I've decided to make an IGTV series Just for YOU! Right here on Instagram, for instagram🤗
Self Chatter will be a series set up to be like a video journal. I'm absolutely terrible at staying consistent writing my thoughts down, so what the heck. Why not just say them out loud!
A fun way for my family who may not always be able to keep in touch often, but a way to still keep in the know on some of the most personal and uncomfortable stories and scenarios I'm hoping this brings out of me 🤙✌
Were currently living in some wild times. Now, more than ever, It's important to find ways to connect and create with those we love most ❤
This is
What's yours ?

Its SUNDAY!! I'm super stoked to announce my first Sunday Storytime video.
This is a story about dropping out of college and the McXperience that came from it!

The beautiful thing about stories are that they dont force you learn. They engage our imaginations, changing the vibrational state in our brains. This enables us to create our own landscape of the story, almost as if our mind were experiencing the journey.
In this way, stories can be an amazing way to learn and grow, or a way for others to rid us of self belief, confidence and passion within us.
There is great power in the way you tell your story, both in your own mind, and to the world around us, and storytime sunday is my way of working on both.
The time is finally here !
Ever since I was a child, I can remember having a love for storytelling. As I have grown into what we call "adulthood" I've notice how we need stories now more than ever.
Stories are what sculpt our experience. They are something that keeps our imagination alive, and the the fire of curiosity burning. Over these past four years, I've been blessed to travel and live in various places around Canada. Sculpting my my experience through the stories of others, leading to the curiosity and wild imagination to truly begin my story.
That story begins this sunday, with the first segment of Sunday Storytime! A video every week. This wont always be my story, but the story of those who stand out to me in this world and deserve to have their story shared of how they have helped me become the individual I am today.
(Ps. HUGE shoutout to my aunt for creating this animated intro for my videos!! 🙌 so much love to the ones who planted the seeds of content creation deep into my soullllllll)

"Dear Manager"
A poem created for employees and managers; in hopes to open up conversations about how to create a better workplace environments.
The Back Story:
I felt compelled to write this spoken word poem after I had been recently fired from my previous job. The termination came quite unexpectedly, and while I had a week off visiting my family back home.
I received a call while catching up with family, informing me that my workplace was terminating my contract. The reasoning behind it, were for reasons I had never even been suspended, written up, or even spoken to about before.
After 10 months, back to helping be a process of opening the establishment itself, creating life-long friendships and bonds with guests, and it was all over in one phone call.
I had seen this type of thing happen to friends in previous jobs, being fired and walked out for no reason. What I've found, is it's usually the people who are willing to stand up and speak their mind on problems in the workplace. Whether their intentions are out of anger for the manager, or from a place of wanting to create a better work environment as a whole, it usually still has the same outcome.
So, this is poem for all those who have been fired/quit for opening your mouth. For all those who have seen the faces at work change faster than the seasons. For the managers who wonder what they can do to better connect and understand their employees. This is for ALL of us.
A video questioning the constant motion of life, and how we must use that motion in every moment to create a better lives for ourselves.
