Un autre four Fringand installé, Santa Fe, NM.
This morning we fired up the new oven! It needs 3 days of slowly rising temperatures to cure. We hope to have the first bake in it on Sunday. Norbert's work is complete, and he returns to France tomorrow. Now his colleague, Pascal, will oversee the disassembly of the old oven. Bravo and merci Messieurs!
