May always seems to fly by

Mother’s Day is here checking cows and checking for crocuses

Half way through calving season and the rest of the crew waiting for me to get off the couch after dinner

Finished up in time for the next snow storm, the shed roof is a pair of old Quonset doors.

These late April snow storms are becoming an annual event. Six inches of snow that came down sideways, over 70 calves born in it, zero casualties, a few frozen ears, many pots of coffee and not much sleep
