**OUTAGE NOTICE TO CHALK RIVER**

Due to Emergency Work, customers in Chalk River - with the exception of Ottawa Street - will be without internet until the work is completed.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and are working hard to correct the situation.

WCCT is experiencing networking issues not of our making. We are making changes to address the problem but it means making changes to 500-ish customer radios, This is expected to take a couple of days. Sorry for the inconvience and thank you for your patience.

WCCT - Bell Completed Tests - Maintenance Required

Dear Customer:

Bell completed the fiber tests and determined that maintenance is required on their end. The maintenance will be done this afternoon. Service will be intermittent until the maintenance is complete.

WCCT - Bell Fiber Test

Dear Customer:

After a bad weekend, I just learned that Bell needs to do some tests on the WCCT fiber connection. The test will result in a service interruption of about 1 hour between now and noon.
