Reminder: Community Health Outreach Worker Available This Friday

Aaron Thompson from Bridges Community Health Centre will be at the Crystal Ridge Dream Center this Friday, June 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Aaron is available to meet with individuals and families seeking support, resources, guidance, referrals, assistance with applications and paperwork, and help navigating health and social services.

No referral is required, and all support is confidential.

Parking is available in the public parking lot off Erie Road.

We’re pleased to announce a new partnership between Crystal Ridge Dream Center and Bridges Community Health Centre.

Beginning Friday, June 26, 2026, Aaron Thompson, Community Health Outreach Worker with Bridges Community Health Centre, will be available at the Dream Center on the last Friday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Aaron is available to assist individuals and families by:

• Connecting people with community programs and services
• Helping navigate health and social support systems
• Providing information on mental health and wellness resources
• Assisting with applications and paperwork
• Offering referrals and advocacy
• Providing guidance during challenging times

Today’s Community Kitchen meal was made possible in part through a generous donation from a family who recently lost their beloved mother.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for their kindness and generosity. Their gift will help nourish our community and serves as a beautiful tribute to a mother whose memory will always be held close to their hearts.

We are honoured to be part of remembering her legacy through an act of compassion and care. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of others.
