Chicken Inasal is bright, tangy, savoury, and smoky. Marinated long enough for all those flavours to soak deep into the meat, then grilled over open flame until charred and juicy.

USOK’s Chicken Inasal dropping this Saturday! 🔥

This is different from the Chicken BBQ we used to serve at the Courtice Flea Market.

Chicken Inasal is bright, tangy, savoury and smoky. Marinated long enough for all those flavours to soak into the meat, then grilled over open flame until juicy and charred.

Served with garlic rice, chicken oil on the side (which you’ll definitely want to pour all over your rice - you’re welcome) and soy sauce calamansi dip that brings everything together.

It might look simple, but trust us, this plate is packed with flavour. One cup of rice probably won’t be enough. 😅
