Fred came in to simply look,,, he currently owns a Ram 1500 so he knows all about them. Once I showed him this truck he fell in love... I went over all the options and features with him and then went for a drive... Blown away by the 8.4 touch screen... The accident avoidance system... How responsive the 8 speed transmission is and the electric steering assist.... He simply loved it.... What an incredible day yesterday was...

These clients came in on Monday to simply just look, touch, see and possibly drive,,, well they ended up finding an amazing truck... Went home for the night and decided to tweak the truck a bit,,, they wanted a different one we had instock... Tuesday they asked, of course we said yes absolutely. After our drive, numbers and while they where in our business office, I fueled up the truck, (New and Pre-Owned vehicles come with a full tank of fuel, NO MATTER WHAT), then my amazing North Island Detail department pulled the team together and did an amazing clean on this gorgeous truck... The clients where very impressed. Big thank you to Rob Wright and his amazing detail team.

These clients who asked to stay anonymous, mostly cause they don't like pictures taken, informed me what they do and have done, and I was taken back... I was in deep shock... Reason, I can remember years ago my Grandad talking about him and what they have done, did, and do.... My only wish, is, he, my Grandad was still here so I could of called and told him. . . That would of been really cool.

Man I so LOVE this business, as we never know who we will meet and help one day. . .

I listened to what they wanted, what they needed, I gave suggestions, they allowed me to pick based on what they said,,, a walk around going over all features that included all options they wanted, plus a few more that simply made sense, and made it better for them and there life style,,,, a test drive,,, all questions answered,,, pricing was more than perfect,,, we added a canopy too, that will be paint matched,,, then it came down to just one thing, does this make sense to move forward?

Brenden messaged me asking about Durangos and what we have and to confirm we still had what was showing online,,, of course we do...

After much talking, negotiating and working with him Brenden he finally came in,,,, (Brenden works a lot,,, anybody need an electrician,,,call this guy he will work till the job is done and it will be done right),,, his time here was short due to his work schedule but once he drove this Durango he knew without a question that he wanted it... It will be perfect for him, his girl friend and his kids,,, way more room that what he was currently driving. Kids won't be fighting anymore hahaha
