With all of the heavy rain we’ve received, our paving project has been delayed slightly.
As a result, the track will remain CLOSED until further notice.
Please keep a close eye on our page for updates regarding clinics, races, gate practices, and our reopening date.
We understand how disappointing this is for our riders and families. However, this work is necessary for the long-term improvement of our facility and is unfortunately beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards creating a better track experience for everyone.

🏆 Cornwall BMX Rookie of the Year

The Rookie of the Year award recognizes a young rider who has shown outstanding growth, dedication, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm throughout the BMX season.

Eligibility:
✅ Must be racing BMX at Cornwall BMX
✅ Must be a current BMX Canada member
✅ Must participate regularly throughout the season

Award Criteria:
⭐ Attendance and participation at races
⭐ Improvement in BMX skills and confidence throughout the season
⭐ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
⭐ Good sportsmanship toward fellow riders, volunteers, and officials
⭐ Demonstrates effort, determination, and perseverance
⭐ Supports and encourages other riders

🏆 Cornwall BMX Inspirational Rider Award

The Inspirational Rider Award recognizes a rider who positively impacts the Cornwall BMX community through determination, perseverance, attitude, and encouragement of others.

Eligibility:
✅ Current Cornwall BMX rider
✅ Active participant during the season

Award Criteria:
⭐ Demonstrates perseverance through challenges and setbacks
⭐ Shows a positive attitude on and off the track
⭐ Encourages and supports fellow riders
⭐ Displays excellent sportsmanship and respect for others
⭐ Leads by example through effort, dedication, and commitment
⭐ Inspires others to be their best, regardless of race results

🏆 Cornwall BMX Top Local Rider Award

The Top Local Rider Award recognizes the Cornwall BMX rider who has demonstrated outstanding performance, dedication, and commitment throughout the racing season.

Eligibility:
✅ Current Cornwall BMX rider
✅ Must race regularly throughout the season
✅ Must represent Cornwall BMX in a positive manner

Award Criteria:
⭐ Race performance and results throughout the season
⭐ Consistency in attendance and participation
⭐ Sportsmanship and respect toward fellow riders, volunteers, and officials
⭐ Positive representation of Cornwall BMX both at home and away tracks

Selection Process:

* Riders will be nominated by coaches, volunteers, and board members.
* The Cornwall BMX Board will review nominations and select the recipient.
* Race results alone will not determine the winner.

We can’t wait for this season and to see everyone putting in their best effort and having fun !
