📣 ACCFutures is Hiring a Lending Administrator (Term Position)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Lending Administrator to join our team in a full-time maternity leave coverage position for up to one year, beginning August 2026.

In this role, you’ll support our small business lending operations by:
✔️ Managing loan documentation and reporting
✔️ Supporting borrowers and lending staff
✔️ Maintaining loan and CRM systems
✔️ Assisting with Board administration and meeting support

💼 What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of office administration experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in finance or small business lending is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset

📍 Full-time - Term Position | 35 hours/week
💰 Salary: $50,000–$60,000
🏢 Hybrid work environment
