Fieldless Farms
the joy of lettuce. Grown here in Ontario. All year βround.

Three SKUs on Ontario shelves right now.
Ontario Sweets. Northern Crunch. Glacier Greens.
Three pesticide-free product lines earning repeat purchases at Farm Boy and Loblaws week after week. But here is the part most people do not see yet: these three SKUs are the foundation, not the finish line.
Here is where this is headed:
π± Pack room expansion in Cornwall is underway, funded in part by the capital we are raising right now
π¦ Shelf-stable products are on the development roadmap, extending our reach beyond the fresh produce aisle
π New grocery chain partnerships, including Sobeys and Costco, are active targets
π Within three years, the goal is to be a recognized Canadian household brand name
Canadian consumers are actively seeking out domestic produce. A recent Dalhousie University study found that 74% of Canadians are making a deliberate effort to buy more Canadian-made food in 2025 (Source: Dalhousie Agri-Food Analytics Lab, 2025-04-07). That demand is the runway, and we are building the brand to meet it.
Fieldless Farms is a proud subsidiary of Elevate Farms Inc., and Elevate is now offering Canadians a chance to invest in this growth through FrontFundr. Common shares at $8.29 each, with a minimum investment of just $250. Over 375 shareholders are already part of this journey.
Moving from fresh greens to shelf-stable products. From Ontario to coast-to-coast. From three SKUs to a brand Canadians reach for without thinking. That is the vision, and $250 gets you a seat at the table.

Three SKUs today. A name in every Canadian kitchen within three years. π±
That's not a hope. It's a plan β and it's already in motion.
Ontario Sweets. Northern Crunch. Glacier Greens.
Three pesticide-free lines, all selling faster than we can grow them.
But that's chapter one.
Right now, our Cornwall team is expanding the pack room. Shelf-stable products are coming. New grocery chains are on the horizon. π
And the timing? 74% of Canadians are actively choosing Canadian-made food. π That's not a trend! it's a permanent shift in how the country eats. We're building the brand to own that moment.
Here's the part you can be part of: Elevate Farms β the company behind Fieldless β is now open for investment on FrontFundr.
π $250 minimum
π $8.29 per share
π 375+ shareholders already in
From three product lines to a household name. That's the plan. You're invited to own a piece of it.

We could've slapped "compostable!" on our packaging and called it a day. We didn't. Here's why.
Turns out most "compostable" plastic clamshells don't actually compost.
No composting facility in Ontario even accepts them so they get screened out and sent to landfill, where they break down into methane: a greenhouse gas roughly 80 times worse than CO2.
So we built something better!
All of our Greens come in a first-of-its-kind cardboard package

This is what Canadian-grown is supposed to taste like. π
Northern Crunch is grown indoors in Cornwall, Ontario β pesticide-free, powered by renewables, and packaged with ~90% less plastic than the clamshell crowd. Harvested and delivered within ~24 hours, so it's fresher than greens that traveled 2,400 km to get to you.
Better for the planet. Better on the plate. No compromise required.
Grown here. Loved here. π₯¬

Want to know a secret the grocery industry doesn't advertise?
Getting into the weekly flyer is hard. Like, brutally hard.
Retailers don't hand out flyer space to be nice they give it to brands that move. Products that fly off the shelf, come back fresh, and never leave a customer staring at an empty spot where their salad used to be.
It's basically the grocery world's version of "you've made it."
So when we tell you Fieldless had 4 SKUs in the Farm Boy flyer this year? That's not a flex. That's a receipt. π§Ύ
Here's what earning that shelf actually looks like:
π₯¬ 4 SKUs featured in Farm Boy's weekly flyer
π₯¬ On shelves at Farm Boy + Real Canadian Superstore across Ontario
π₯¬ CanadaGAP-certified the food-safety bar retailers won't budge on
π₯¬ Harvested and delivered to stores within ~24 hours
π₯¬ Packaging with ~90% less plastic t
Retailers don't bet flyer real estate on brands that flake. They bet on velocity. We earned it.
Now here's the fun part: you can own a piece of the thing powering all of it.
Elevate Farms (our parent co) is raising on FrontFundr. Starting at $250 β you can back the pack-room expansion, the new retail partners, the whole roadmap.
π 375+ shareholders. $52M+ raised. The traction's real, the shelf is earned, the round is live.
