For my golfers, hockey players, pickleball players, martial artists⦠and really anyone who wants stronger, more resilient wrists and forearms.
This isnāt just a curl.
The offset load of the kettlebell forces the forearm to constantly stabilize against rotation while challenging radial and ulnar deviation (thumb side and pinky side strength).
The result?
Stronger grip
More resilient wrists and elbows
Better force transfer into the club, stick, paddle, racquet, or opponent
Real-world strength that actually carries over to sport and life
The body is a connected system. The stronger the links, the more power you can create and transfer.
Train movements, not just muscles.
Caveman over and out - š«”
I absolutely love this drill!
I do lots of mobility work, tspine work, shoulder work, rotational work, etc etc.
And then once in a while you snag something new that immediately has impact and finds a place in your program.
This is how I teach people to think. To go a bit deeper. To seek out their own weakest links and seek constant refinement.
Away for the weekend. Hotel gym. Limited equipment.
No fancy machines.
No perfect setup.
Just a pair of dumbbells and a simple upper/lower body circuit.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking they need the perfect gym, the perfect program, or the perfect circumstances before they can train.
You donāt.
When you understand movement, know how to structure a workout, and focus on the fundamentals, you can get an amazing workout almost anywhere.
Thatās exactly what I teach.
Whether youāre training in a fully equipped gym, your basement, a hotel gym, or your living room, the goal is the same:
Move better.
Get stronger.
Feel better.
Stay consistent.
Fitness doesnāt need to be complicated. It just needs to fit your life.
If youād like simple workouts, mobility sessions, coaching, and accountability delivered right to your phone, send me a message and ask about my online coaching options.
Not all training programs are created equal.
Not all online coaching is the same.
Imagine a system that helps you move better, feel better, and look better - all at the same time.
A system that meets you where youāre at.
A system designed for the busy mom, the busy dad, the desk worker, and the person who simply wants to feel strong and capable again.
After 25 years of studying everything from Olympic lifting, CrossFit, gymnastics, kettlebells, mobility training, yoga, and countless other systems, Iāve learned one thing:
Most people donāt need more punishment.
They need the right approach.
The right program feels right.
It builds confidence.
It creates momentum.
It keeps you safe.
It gets you excited to train.
Most programs are still doing the same old thing.
Hereās what I focus on:
ā
More rotational movement and real-world strength
ā
More single-leg and single-arm training to address imbalances and improve how your body actually functions
ā
Mobility work that creates lasting changeānot just stretching for the sake of stretching
ā
Training that stays fun, challenging, and engaging
ā
A system that helps you move well, get stronger, lose fat, and feel amazing
And the best part?
You can train with me for as little as $15 per week.
If youāre over 40 and ready to stop guessing, send me a message and letās talk.
Movement isnāt just muscles.
Itās the ability to create force, transfer force, and absorb force through your entire body.
This kettlebell drill teaches exactly that.
From foot to foot.
Glute to glute.
Hip to shoulder.
One connected system.
Think pickleball.
Think hockey.
Think golf.
Think baseball.
Think throwing, swinging, skating, running, and changing direction.
Sport isnāt about isolated muscles.
Itās about how well your body can connect and transfer energy from one side to the other.
Train the patterns.
Not just the parts.
No wonder so many people hate exercise.
Most beginners or people getting back into it after years away, think fitness means endless sit-ups, boring cardio machines, and workouts they dread from the moment they start.
The problem isnāt that they hate movement.
The problem is theyāve never been shown a better way.
When you learn how your body is designed to move, how to use tools like kettlebells, and how to build strength through movement that feels good, everything changes.
You stop forcing workouts. You start enjoying them. And you begin feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body.
Thatās always been my specialty.
Helping everyday people feel safe, build confidence, learn the right skills, and actually enjoy the process enough to stick with it.
Whether itās at my gym or through online coaching, there are plenty of ways to get started.
The most important thing isnāt the program.
Itās finding the right coach and taking the first step.
I know what youāre thinking⦠flexion is dangerous.
But for me it was the complete opposite.
The second I stopped treating the body like isolated parts and started training it like the connected spiderweb it is⦠everything changed.
Hamstrings.
Glutes.
Core.
Low back.
Lats.
Breathing.
All connected.
Instead of avoiding movement, I taught my body how to own it.
The result?
Less stiffness.
Less fear.
More strength.
More resilience.
And a body that actually feels athletic again.ā
Gotta give a shout out to my good buddy and colleague for deepening my understanding of this topic. š

This is the kind of movement that checks a lot of boxes at once.
Coordination. Mobility. Rotation. Stability. Strength.
The halo opens up the shoulders and upper back.
The step challenges balance and control.
The rotation lights up the core.
And the lunge gets the glutes and legs working together the way theyāre supposed to.
Real movement > mindless reps.
Thereās nothing better you can do for yourself than learn how to workout properly.
