I wanted to share that I have relocated to Cornwall to be closer to family. I truly enjoyed my time at FORM Osteopathy in Stratford and will greatly miss the amazing patients and colleagues I had the pleasure of working with.
As I settle back into my hometown, I’m excited to soon announce a new location in Cornwall Ontario. Stay tuned!

Introducing our newest family member Wyatt James Ropp. Born April 14th ✨ 7lbs 15oz ✨ 21 inches long. Everyone is doing well!
