It is a Vietnamese word that means to have a good time and that is exactly what I would like to do for my clients. My goal is to bring happiness to people through food! I have this overwhelming urge to cook for people and make them feel how I felt creating that dish. I find fulfillment if I'm able to give you an experience that you will never forget.
