✨ NEW AT YOGAGEN: AFTERSCHOOL KIDS YOGA! ✨
We’re so excited to introduce a brand new program at Yoga Generation — yoga just for kids. 💛
Our Kids Yoga classes are designed to give children a space to move, breathe, play and simply be themselves.
Through yoga, movement, games and simple breathing exercises, kids will explore tools that can help them build confidence, find calm, connect with their bodies and feel a sense of belonging.
And most importantly: there’s no expectation to sit perfectly still, be quiet or “get it right.”
This is an inclusive, pressure-free space where all kids are welcome. Come exactly as you are. 🫶

There’s a version of you underneath all the rushing.
The busy schedules.
The endless to-do lists.
The noise.

Yoga gives you a place to slow down. To breathe. To reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and come back to yourself.

At Yoga Generation, we believe yoga is about so much more than flexibility or getting the “perfect” pose. It’s about feeling more grounded in your life. Living with intention. Finding a little more peace. And finding a community of people who are on the same journey.

Come as you are. No experience necessary. No pressure to be anything other than yourself.

What could change in a year?
It’s easy to think of yoga as something you fit in when life calms down. But the truth is, yoga is often the thing that helps life feel calmer in the first place.

The strongest, healthiest, happiest members at YogaGen aren’t the ones who practice every day. They’re the ones who simply keep coming back. One class one week. Three the next. A busy month followed by a fresh start. Consistency always beats perfection.

That’s why our annual membership has become such a favourite. It removes the monthly decision-making and gives you the freedom to practice whenever your body and mind need it. No guilt. No counting classes. Just showing up.
And because we only offer one sale each year, this is the best time to make that commitment.

For a limited time, our 12-month Unlimited Membership is $1,700. That’s a savings of $400 compared to paying monthly.

When this sale ends, it won’t return until next summer.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to invest in yourself, this is it.

The BIG Summer Sale is Back☀️

We only do this once a year, people!

At YogaGen, we believe in consistent, honest pricing. That means no surprise flash sales, no last-minute discounts, and no wondering if you should have waited another week to buy.

Life is expensive enough. Between groceries, gas, family expenses, and the endless stream of “limited-time offers” filling your inbox, budgeting can feel overwhelming. We don’t think your yoga practice should add to that stress.

That’s why we keep things simple: one sale, once a year.

Our Summer Sale is your opportunity to purchase a 12-month unlimited membership at our lowest price of the year. If you’ve been thinking about committing to your practice, building a consistent routine, or simply making more time for yourself, this is the perfect opportunity.

The Summer Sale is available for a limited time, and once it’s over, it’s gone until next year.

Please take a moment to read the fine print before purchasing. We can’t wait to support you on your mat this year.

“Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists.” ~Patanjali
