This new coach house in Coquitlam is officially taking shape! 🏗️

We are back on-site checking out the incredible progress of our latest build. After tearing down a really old, outdated garage, we have framed our way up to some seriously impressive heights.

Rough-ins started: Electrical and plumbing work is actively underway.
Weatherproofing on: Tyvek wrap is going up to seal the exterior.

Smart layout: Spaces include a two-car garage, a separate one-car garage, and a dedicated workshop.

Garage Conversion in Burnaby in progress on this beautiful sunny day.

We are transforming a two-car garage into a functional, modern space with a new man door, added windows, and a redesigned one-car garage layout. This renovation includes full insulation, drywall, and a flexible setup for a workshop and kids’ play area, with plans for a durable epoxy floor.

After site prep and removing the existing sun deck to meet power‑pole and setback requirements, we’ll bring the surveyor to confirm exact placement, dig footings, install perimeter drainage, and complete rebar inspections before we pour the foundation.

This laneway is a two‑storey, high‑finish ADU (~up to 2,000 sq ft), built to feel like a full home with premium trades and finishes.
