Some habits might feel harmless in the moment, but they can slow recovery down more than people realize.

Skipping warm-ups, rushing back into activity too soon, or only doing the “easy” rehab exercises can all make it harder for your body to fully recover.

Recovery usually works best when you stay consistent, build gradually, and give your body time to adapt properly 💚

Joint cracking can sound dramatic… but it is not always a sign that something is wrong 👀

One of the most common myths about joint health is that every pop, click, or crack means damage.

In reality, joint sounds are often completely normal.

What usually matters more is:
• Pain
• Swelling
• Stiffness
• Loss of movement
• Changes in strength or function

POV: when your friend relied on AI for their rehab plan… but you’re a physio 😭

Google, TikTok, and AI can give general advice, but rehab isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works for someone else may not work for your injury, pain level, or movement patterns.

The right rehab plan should be based on proper assessment, progression, and your body’s actual needs.

Your wrists might be asking for more support 👇

A lot of people ignore wrist discomfort until it starts affecting workouts, work, or daily tasks.

Subtle signs your wrists may need strengthening:
• wrists getting tired during typing or carrying bags
• discomfort during push-ups, planks, or gripping
• weaker grip strength
• constantly cracking or shaking them out
• stiffness after long phone or computer use
• avoiding wrist-loading movements because they feel unstable

Small signs now can turn into bigger limitations later.
