Behn & Hilary – Owners of Lighthouse Group. Founded in 2010, they’ve grown the company from a small window cleaning business into a full-service cleaning and property maintenance company. 16 years later, they’ve also launched sister companies Lights at Blue and Shades at Blue. They’re not only great business owners, but great bosses too—always going above and beyond for both their clients and their team, and setting the standard for the kind of service Lighthouse is known for.
Aaron – Operations Manager. The one keeping all departments running smoothly. Great with clients, great with staff… you could almost call him Mr. Fix-It.
Kass – Lawn & Garden Manager. With years of experience in the field, she keeps the department running smoothly and ensures clients’ expectations are met. Always encouraging her team to grow—and yes, she’s also the one behind a lot of the social media 😉
Dakota – Housekeeping Manager. The one making sure your home is spotless. With a keen eye for detail and years of experience, he leads the housekeeping team with quality, personality, and a focus on keeping clients happy.
Fiona – The Office. The voice behind the phone and the one responding to your emails. She keeps everything organized behind the scenes and makes sure your job gets scheduled before you know it.
