We're thrilled to announce the promotion of Steve Taylor to Manager - Electrical at Tatham.

With 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, Steve has led major subdivision developments, critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects, and substation initiatives that power and support growing communities across Ontario.

Throughout that time, his technical expertise, strong client relationships, and leadership have helped strengthen our Electrical Department, expand its capabilities, and support the development of emerging engineers and project leaders.

As Manager - Electrical, Steve will build on that success, guiding the department into its next chapter while continuing to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
He will be supported by Gerhard Runge, P.Eng., who will continue sharing his expertise and mentorship in the role of Senior Engineer.

Congratulations, Steve, on this well-deserved promotion!

While it may be a familiar sight to summer travellers, the bridge was once the focus of a significant preservation and rehabilitation effort completed in partnership with the Township of Muskoka Lakes.

The rehabilitation preserved an important piece of Muskoka's heritage while strengthening a critical connection through Bala, helping ensure the bridge can safely serve residents, businesses, and visitors for decades to come.

🎉 From student to Group Leader!

Please join us in congratulating Mark Figueroa on his promotion to Group Leader - Municipal in our Collingwood office.

Mark began his journey with us as a student in our Bracebridge office. Since then, he has steadily risen through the ranks, progressing from EIT to Engineer, Project Manager, and now Group Leader.

Along the way, Mark has built strong client relationships and played a key role in delivering infrastructure renewal projects for municipalities across the region, from Owen Sound to North Bay.

This promotion reflects Mark's technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to helping communities build and maintain essential infrastructure.

💧 Leadership that strengthens our Hydrogeology practice.

We're proud to announce the promotion of Harshpinder Singh Brar to Group Leader.

Over the past two years at Tatham, Harsh has made a significant impact by leading hydrogeological investigations that support water supply, construction dewatering, groundwater monitoring, and land development projects across Ontario.

As Group Leader, Harsh will continue to strengthen our Hydrogeology team while helping deliver innovative, high-quality service to clients and supporting the continued growth of our Hydrogeology practice.

Staff from our Barrie, Collingwood, and Guelph offices rolled up their sleeves to help keep local roadsides and trails clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Pedalling for a great cause and having a wheelie good time doing it! 🚴💙

recently joined hundreds of cyclists at the 13th Annual Tour de Guelph, raising funds in support of Guelph General Hospital and local community initiatives.

A special shout out to first-time riders, Anthony Cimino, Nick Bertoia and Jacob Lamb who led this year’s team effort and helped make the day a success. 👏

Proceeds from the event will support new medical equipment at Guelph General Hospital's Speedvale Campus, helping enhance care for patients across the community.

The ride was a great opportunity for our team to come together, enjoy the beautiful scenery in Guelph, and support an initiative that's making a meaningful difference close to home.
