We have two of these interesting well made breast collars with wither grab straps ! Heavy duty leather is in great shape with added fleece on the center . They may be missing straps as I believe the main straps you see attached to my saddle may be meant to attach to the cinch rings and the wither strap to the saddles d rings.
Would be awesome for extra support when breaking in new ones or for kids to help stabilize or even for grabbing up hills on rough trails .

Older passier Hannover English saddle .
Actually in quite good shape with only some discoloration. Could stand to be reflocked for it to be in top shape .
Comes with a neat yellow felt pad with leather wears in great shape that looks like it's never been used. A small Section has been mouse chewed unfortunately but still functional I would say.
Has been cleaned and oiled.
