Hi! Just wanted to send really a quick summary of last year for our fundraising efforts. We were able to donate $923 to the Brighton food bank and we rounded it up to $925 for the Colborne Food bank. 😁👍 These funds were raised through community events, markets and private parties where our band performed in 2025.
The String Mashup girls want to thank everybody who had us play this past year and we look forward to playing again together in 2026! We are very thrilled to have occasional support from very talented friends in Heartlight Band: Dan Koets, Keith Kayel and Pete Mannheim, and we welcome some new opportunities to play with the very talented and funny Dave Cotterell! It’s going to be a great year!

Hi everyone! We so want to reach out and thank everyone for the wonderful support we had at the Hilton Hall Christmas Concert. Thanks to the great music from Ian & Sharon Graham, Dan Koets and String Mashup and the wonderful treats from Donna Rusaw, our generous guests raised just over $1000! Amazing!!! That helped us raise a total of 1846 for the year, allowing us to share $923 to the Brighton food bank and a further $923 which will be sent to the Colborne Food bank in January. What an awesome year! 😁🎶🎶🎶. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT! 💕💕💕 Merry Christmas and a very happy new year from Marie, Lisa and Heather.

Hey Friends! Hilton Hall's Christmas concert is the place to be next Sunday Dec 14! The hall is located just 5 minutes north of Brighton on Highway 30, and the concert is in the afternoon from 2 to 4pm . It's a fun, family-friendly party with Christmas music, snacks from Donna Rusaw of Black Dress Catering, and the best part - it's free! But don't be a Grinch, if you can spare it, throw some money in the hat for the food bank…they're counting on it this year😊. This event is hosted by String Mashup🎶.
