A little Simple Sunday in the middle of June. 🌿

This month is flying by, and today I was grateful for a little time in the garden. There’s something about getting my hands in the dirt, slowing down, and tending to something that reminds me to pause and breathe.

The next few weeks will be full as we navigate exams, year-end activities, and celebrate the twins and all they have accomplished this year. As a mom, these milestone moments seem to arrive in the blink of an eye.

Today was a reminder that taking a moment to breathe isn’t a luxury—it’s necessary. A little quiet. A little sunshine. A little gratitude. Good for the soul.
