Bring your family and friends for a fun-filled day of free drop-in PLUS a community BBQ from 3:00 – 6:00 pm.

The BBQ will feature hot dogs, chips, pop, birthday cake, stickers, prize draws, music, line dancing, community time capsule, and more! Activities will take place in the Riverside Parking Lot.

Our summer aquatics programs are built to help swimmers of all ages feel confident, capable, and ready to make a splash! Following the Lifesaving Society’s Swim for Life® framework, programs range from Parent & Tot and Preschool lessons to Swimmer , Adult Swimmer, private lessons, adaptive programs, and lifesaving and leadership certifications. Wherever you are in your swim journey, there’s a program to help you stay active and grow!

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WATER NINJAS! 🏅💦🥷

Our Cochrane Water Ninjas made waves at the Canadian Pool Lifesaving Championships in Laval, Quebec, bringing home an incredible 16 medals and setting six new records!

Competing against more than 300 athletes from 28 teams across Canada, our team showed skill, strength, and determination from start to finish. Their results included seven gold, six silver, and three bronze medals, along with four club records, one provincial record, and one Canadian record.

A special shoutout to Jennifer Walker for setting a new Canadian record in the 200-metre Super Lifesaver, and to all of our athletes for representing Cochrane with pride on the national stage.

We are so proud of this outstanding achievement—way to go, Water Ninjas! 💙👏
