The Dragons were in the house last night for their final session before Christmas. They’ve been training hard, up to three times a week, with coached paddle erg sessions and dragonboat-specific strength and core work.
Despite their rigorous training, they also have fun, as evidenced by the antics captured in the year-end photo.
