Here’s what one brave heart had to say after their SoulCraft session…
"My Soulcraft session with Whit and Greg was nothing short of transformative. The combination of Whit’s powerful energy work and Greg’s expertly crafted hypnotherapy created an experience that has truly changed my life.
As someone with PTSD, I found that traditional therapies like EMDR or ART often focus solely on the trauma sustained as a frontline worker. However, the Soulcraft session goes much deeper—uncovering childhood and past life wounds that make those of us with post-traumatic injuries more vulnerable. This profound approach helped me move beyond simply coping, guiding me toward real healing and peace.
Since my Soulcraft session and the continued practice of listening to my treatment recordings, I’ve experienced an incredible shift. A newfound sense of calm, confidence, and strength has
emerged—one I didn’t have before. Now, seven weeks into this journey, I continue to notice positive changes every day. The way I respond to situations that once overwhelmed me, my outlook on life, the relationships I’ve been able to rebuild, and my ability to be fully present—all of it has improved in ways I never thought possible.
PTSD can hold you back from truly living, even after traditional treatments have ended. But thanks to Whit and Greg, I’ve reclaimed my joy, my peace, and most importantly, my love for myself and my life. I will always be grateful for this experience, and I cannot thank them enough for the gift they have given me."

Many people know the five stages of grief as: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance - thanks to Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and her book On Death and Dying. What’s less known is that these stages were first meant to describe the emotional journey of people facing their own terminal illness (Dying), NOT those grieving the loss of a loved one.
Even Kübler-Ross herself clarified that these “stages” were never meant to be a strict framework for everyone experiencing loss. Her work aimed to bring understanding and compassion to those approaching the end of life.
Here’s what research and experts now share:
👉Misuse of the Model: The stages were intended as a helpful guide, not a strict timeline or universal pattern. Many have misunderstood them as a rigid roadmap, causing people to worry they’re “doing grief wrong” if their experience looks different.
👉Grief Is Not Linear: Modern grief support and research show that grief is unique, non-linear, and often unpredictable - more of a personal journey than a series of boxes to check.
👉Kübler-Ross’ Own Clarification: She emphasized that the “stages” are not universal and can overlap, be skipped, or arrive in any order. Her work was meant to describe, not prescribe.
👉Risks of a Rigid Mindset: Viewing grief as a step-by-step process can lead to guilt or confusion. Your experience may look very different, and that’s okay. There’s no “right” way. We encourage you to honor your own path.
At TransitionCraft, we honor the individuality of every death journey and every grief journey.
