Pit-Lane Express Update #3
The parking lot is paved, signage is up, and inside - this thing is really coming to life. Here's where we're at:
✅ Parking lot paved
✅ Building signage installed
✅ Sprinkler system live
✅ Exhaust fans installed and ready to wire
✅ Fresh air and exhaust complete
✅ Heaters ready to fire
✅ Two-stage makeup air set - built for Phase 2 from day one
✅ Condensers hung inside for easy servicing
✅ Compressor room complete - 30HP compressor, holding tanks, filters, dryers, and provisions for backup and Phase 2
✅ Office space nearly ready for paint
✅ Plumbing, sprinklers, and HVAC roughed in on both floors
✅ First coat of paint on upstairs — T-bar and grid going in
✅ Finishing trades lining up - lights, diffusers, sprinkler heads, sensors
✅ One-way privacy glass in offices
✅ Stairs getting primed and painted

The front doors are in at Pit-Lane Express. It won't be long before you can walk through them for a new set of tires for your tractor/trailer. Stay tuned for a full site update coming next week!
There's something so satisfying about watching a floor pour come together. It's a huge milestone for every project. Things at Pit-Lane Express are moving along beautifully!
There's nothing like the taste of freshly-batched concrete in the morning. 😂
Big day at EvansPro — floor slab poured at Pit-Lane Express. That doesn't happen by accident. Weeks of prep goes in before a single truck shows up — rebar spacing, embedments, elevations, everything verified so the crew can show up and go to work without any setbacks.
All jokes aside — we bring in third-party testing on every pour. Slump and strength checks at 7, 14, and 28 days. And we never forget the taste test. 😏
