Auditions to join the 2026-27 CO Dance Team — our 20th anniversary team — start this week.

We have three levels of competition, Mini Program for 5-7yrs, Demi-competitive (2 competitions, less required classes) and Full-competitive (5-7 comps and more required technique classes).

It’s been a bit since CO last attended and this was a new experience for many of our dancers. It was a great and we are thankful for the time with the participating studios, volunteers and organizers. The perpetual trophies sparked memories and conversations and we are happy to provide a good home to some for the coming year.

We were invited to attend the Honours Performance in early March and were honoured to receive these overall awards;

Damsels in Distress (sr jazzline) - Most Entertaining Jazz Group
Squad (sr select hip hop) - Most Outstanding Street Jazz Group
Claire & Mia - highest scoring Modern or Contemporary Duo
Bennett & Victoria - highest scoring tap duo
Aubrey V - Most Memorable Performance by a Lyrical Soloist
Mac (teen tap) - selected to represent Chilliwack Festival at BC Performing Arts Provincials
Workshop Bursaries - Emily E, Kailey C, Victoria N, Aubrey V.

Dynasty Acro Competition & Convention

Our competition season kicked off early for our acrobats who competed at Dynasty back in January.
We want to be sure to take time to celebrate their hard work, and achievements!

Plus a choreo award to for Kimora’s solo

Dancers also took part in the Dynasty acro convention that same weekend and Hazel was awarded a scholarship to Accelerate Acro Convention and Jane and Kailey received Dynasty convention scholarships.

Spring Break! CO is closed and classes cancelled from Sunday March 15 to Sunday March 29.
