My name is Mike and 15 years of experience across building design, engineering, & plan checking has allowed me to found Delta Building Design.

DBD's scope of work includes projects up to 6500 sq.ft. in footprint area, as per AIBC & EGBC's practice bylaws. My experience with both Part 3 & Part 9 buildings as a consultant / municipal official separates the firm from competition. And as a home-based business, there are zero overhead costs passed on to consumers, like office leases, utility payments, small equipment expenditures, & employee salaries.

I'm passionate about helping homeowners achieve custom yet cost-effective solutions.
