Turn around time can vary slightly but plan ahead to be able to drop off your equipment for 2+ days.

🎿🎅⏰ Avoid the holiday rush! The slopes are calling, but so are last-minute tune-ups (edge sharpen, wax, p-tex). Drop your skis and boards off early this week for a faster (~4-7 day turnaround).

🌷Spring skiing is upon us but for those of you who are finished with skiing for the season and moving onto mountain biking, climbing, and other warmer weather sports, let us know if you’d like us to do a storage wax service on your skis/boards!
🎿This is a important to do for your skis as it creates a protective barrier on your skis’ edges that prevents the air and moisture from coming into contact with the metal which prevents rust and oxidation.

The Groundhog has predicted that this year we will have an early Spring. 😢 HOWEVER, we still have hope that there will be some excellent slush to ski for the next few weeks, so we’ve decided to extend our sale until Valentine’s day (Feb.14th)! Anyone who’s feeling less hopeful, we’re including 25% off storage waxing as well!

Storage waxing = We remove old wax and apply a fresh coat of wax that is meant to sit on your skis/board until next season. This is important for the health of the base while in storage as it keeps it hydrated and protects the edges from any dings / corrosion. Then when next Winter roles around all we need to do is give your skis a good scrape and brush and then you’ll be ready to ski again! As with all tuning, this will really help extend the life of your equipment and ultimately save you 💰!

Kids’ skis need tuning too! Keeping your kids’ equipment dialled can assist the learning process by creating more consistent performance for turning and holding edges. This is especially important on icy slopes we’re more likely to see this season. Let us know if you have any questions about getting your kid’s skis / boards taken care of!
