If you saw yesterday’s post about the LDS Office moss wall installation, well, there are actually two installations across from each other in the same space! This twin feature wall, measuring 6 feet x 8 feet is everything we love about a rich, classic design, with layers of textural mosses blending together seamlessly.

We had such a fun time hanging with the ladies of here in Calgary a couple of weeks ago! Thank you for having us in your new studio space to play with moss!

We are offering a fun new way to chat about all things biophilic design through our new ‘Moss and Muffins’ workshop, brought to your office. Owner and chief design director Heidi will guide your team in creating some very cute moss designs while we chat about preserved moss in design and snack on yummy treats. Green thumbs are welcome, and literally encouraged!

I have returned to the office this week from a little holiday in Nova Scotia, and am reminded that joy is found in these small moments. There were visits to the ocean to breathe in the salty air, and forest excursions to enjoy. What a blessing to feel the moss, look at the trees, identify the birds, breathe fresh air, and hang out with the little forest critters for a while.

‘Awake,’ a cozy space to connect amidst the beauty of nature. I love this piece for the undulating textures revealed in its side profile. Textural mosses are arranged in a way that mirrors the movement of a forest floor by flowing, fading, and then reappearing along the 9-foot length of this Forest Art. What a beautiful new addition to LakeRidge Community Church!
