SUMMER SCHEDULE STARTS! Weather permitting, Compass Yoga goes outside onto our private dock, overlooking Lake Chestermere, Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM (otherwise classes are still in the heated studio). If the class is full, PLEASE PUT YOURSELF ON THE WAITLIST, since I can fit 4 extra people on the dock (than in the heated studio). I will add people on the waitlist the morning of the class if we are outside. NOTE: Regular studio class schedule resumes in September.

3 styles of Hot Yoga, plus Zumba dance & chair yoga. See the Compass Yoga schedule pinned at the top of the page that includes locations and pricing packages on it.

Compass Yoga Classes:
Multi-level hot yoga classes in a heated studio (between 27°C, and 29°C dry heat). Note: Outdoor Yoga on the Dock offered June through August.

Zumba Classes:
Medium intensity dance fitness at the Chestermere Recreation Centre. Note: Outdoor Zumba offered June through August.

Chair yoga for ages 50+ (non-heated), at the local Whitecappers. $3.00 for non-members. No registration required, drop-in classes.
