This program is designed for dancers looking to strengthen their technical foundation and refine key skills in a focused, supportive environment. Classes will concentrate on jumps, turns, legs & extensions, and ballet technique, helping dancers improve strength, flexibility, control, alignment, and overall ex*****on. Whether you’re looking to clean up your technique, build confidence, or prepare for the upcoming season, this intensive is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and continue growing as a dancer! 🩰💃🤩

Are you looking to strengthen your acro skills this summer?

This acro intensive will feature two levels, Intermediate and Advanced, allowing dancers to train in a challenging and supportive environment suited to their experience and skill level.

Classes will focus on acro technique, tumbling progressions, strength and conditioning, flexibility, balancing skills, limbering, tricks, transitions, and safe skill development. Dancers will work on improving both their technical foundation and fluidity while building confidence in their acro abilities.

Whether dancers are looking to clean up current skills, gain new tricks, or continue progressing their acro training over the summer, this intensive is the perfect opportunity to grow, challenge themselves, and have fun alongside other passionate dancers!

Today we’re celebrating graduate #2… our beautiful JT 🥹 Over the many years she’s spent at CEDA she’s left her mark on many teammates, teachers and littles. She’s been a friend to many and a role model to even more. We’re so grateful she’ll be close to home next year so we can selfishly see more of her 🤗 Jordan words won’t ever accurately express just how proud of you we are and we can’t wait to be your biggest cheerleaders as you enter this next exciting chapter. ✨❤️WE LOVE YOU xo

It’s recital week! And while it’s our favorite week of the year it’s also the most bittersweet one because it means saying farewell to our incredible graduating dancers 😭 First up… our beautiful Alicia 🥹 Alicia has inspired so many of us with her leadership, passion and of course her undeniable talent. Our team will not be the same without her but we know that life has so many exciting adventures and opportunities headed her way and we cannot wait to watch her crush this next chapter ❤️✨ WE LOVE YOU ALICIA!
