Bob embraced the importance of building energy efficient homes more than 30 years ago, and he was the first builder in Canada to attain a platinum BuiltGreen level – the highest rating possible – for a single-family home.

"When we started designing and building homes in Canmore," says Bob, "we had no way of knowing the tremendous response we would receive or the number of loyal customers who would return to us to build second and even third homes. What we did know is that we were truly passionate about homebuilding and found great satisfaction in providing a level of service unmatched in the industry.
