One of my favorite things is finding foods I know almost nothing about and bringing them home anyway.

Saw this palak paneer and biryani in the freezer section and figured why not give it a try. I learned it’s made by a family-owned company in Edmonton, which made me even more excited to try it.

I’ll let you know if it’s worth a try!

Sometimes the best meals are the simplest.

Tonight’s plate: creamy mashed potatoes, a quick kale and bocconcini salad, and these Turkey Honey Garlic Sausages from . They’re juicy, packed with flavour.

They also happen to be Gino’s favourite. If a 2 year old asks for more (even without ketchup) that’s about the best review a product can get.

One thing about me: I will absolutely love a cookie treat.

These BetterDay Food Co. Dark Chocolate Drizzled Peanut Butter Cookies are SO good, rich peanut butter flavour, little crunch from the peanuts, and the dark chocolate drizzle makes them taste extra delish.

Love finding brands that make food feel fun and indulgent while still being a little more mindful about ingredients.

Our amazing teams at BeaverTails and Rusticana Deli are heading out for a well-deserved staff evening at Tuesday night! To give everyone a chance to unplug, enjoy nature, and spend quality time together, we’ll be adjusting our hours on May 26 & 27.
