We are hiring for a full time position in production. You will be involved in the production and installation of handcrafted signage. This position will involve using a variety of hand tools for tasks such as sanding, priming, painting, cutting, drilling, etc.

We require someone who is good with their hands, responsible, honest, self motivated, works well in a team dynamic but can also work on their own, has an eye for detail, and is a dedicated hard worker.

Responsibilities:
• Complete tasks as assigned and on time.
• Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, paint brushes, sanders, sandpaper, saws, tape measure, etc.
• Create and install signage as per job descriptions provided.
• Communicate and collaborate kindly and professionally with all other workers within the organization.

Skills & Qualifications
• Being familiar with how to use tools, knowledge of different substrates such as woods, metals, etc. is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail.
• Capable of learning quickly and being able to adapt as required.
• Have a positive, proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Work very well in a team dynamic.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
• Mon-Thurs: 8-5
• Fri: 8-4
• This position is based in Canmore AB.
