It’s so special to see this project coming to an end. ✨

This collaboration with HEREBY Architectural Inc. gave us the opportunity to try something completely different, and one of the standout features is the beautiful light well - a design element that brings light, warmth, and a real sense of openness into the space.

While we’re still working on a few final details, things are already looking beautiful. We can’t wait to see the finished project come together!

This home is part of our research project on PEER — Prefabricated Exterior Energy Retrofit, in collaboration with SSRIA.

We can’t say enough about the incredible family who joined us on this journey and trusted us to try something a little different. Their openness, patience and enthusiasm have been such an important part of this project.
