IR was set up to give athletes an option outside the club system. IR operates in 5 different countries
Clubs can limit serious athletes and generally have limited resources and options for dedicated athletes. To create accessibility to top level training facilities and to develop world class training programs. IR has been set up by industry professionals who wanted to give ski racers:
- A high volume training program for serious athletes
- A program focused on long term development…no short cuts

IR is seeking an experienced alpine ski racing coach to develop a group of U16 athletes in New Zealand during July/August 2026.
IR is seeking a coach with a track record of producing athletes and working with junior athletes who ski at a high level.
The position will include
* Competitive wage
* Air Travel included
* Accommodation Included
Applicants must have
* Current accreditation with their National Alpine Coaches body.
* Minimum 5 years coaching experience
* Be older than 25
* Experienced driving vans on mountain roads
* Clean driving record
* Coach liability Insurance
* Clean criminal background and working with Children checks
