This ring utilized quite a few new techniques for me and I’m so excited to see my grandfather wear it on his hand! 🖐🏻

Making an occasion, commitment, wedding, or engagement ring is one of my favorite parts of the job.

Somehow, during the design and fabrication process, each ring starts to take on a personality , like it *knows* who it’s for.

I can’t believe it, but I’ll be leaving the Bow Valley in just 10 days for year of studying goldsmithing at George Brown College. While I’m excited to hone my craft it feels like the summer has completely flown by.

I love how these turned out. They have a little bit of playful movement in the ear and are quite lightweight.
