Our pan-seared scallops are finished lighly golden, then plated with smoked bonito cream, cauliflower purée, green apple, and nasturtiums for balance and brightness.

Mother’s Day is coming up, and this is exactly the kind of brunch she’ll want to linger over.

Our Eggs Benedict starts with two perfectly poached free-range eggs layered over warm, toasted English muffins and farmer’s ham, finished with a rich, velvety hollandaise that ties it all together. It’s classic, but with the kind of care that makes you slow down and actually enjoy it.
