Crest Creek Clean-up + Climb is happening TOMORROW
Last year we had over 35 volunteers show up and over 10 people climbing outside for the first time ever!!
This is what climbing community means to us, and we’re so proud + grateful to all you climbers that make our community what it is 🫶
This is what its all about!
We hope to see you there
This technique is so basic that it usually gets overlooked, but it's the most valuable skill a climber can have, especially when they start climbing outside.
It's simple: when you can't reach the next hand hold, move your feet.
Even advanced climbers benefit from reviewing the basics.
Sometimes it makes sense to have your feet and weight positioned under your hips.
Other times, that’s exactly why you’re getting spit off your project.
Body positioning can be the difference between a hold feeling atrocious or like a jug.
