Expansion doesn’t always look like going bigger.

Sometimes it looks like finally taking up the space you’ve been quietly shrinking out of for years.

It looks like eating the meal without negotiating with yourself first.
Moving your body because it feels good rather than because you owe it something.
Wearing the thing.
Saying the thing.
Wanting what you actually want without immediately editing it into something more acceptable.

I spent a long time living from the neck up. Thinking my way through everything, analysing, optimising, trying to figure it out before I let myself feel it.

And the expansion I was looking for was never up there.

It was here.
In the body.
In the breath.
In the permission to actually inhabit the life I’d been building.

That’s what this energy is about for me.

Not doing more.
Just arriving more fully in what’s already here. 🦋

Where in your life have you been shrinking without realising it? You don’t have to answer out loud. But I hope you answer honestly.

Sharing this one from my stories because the response told me you needed it too.

This is my go-to protection ritual before stepping into public spaces, busy environments, or honestly any situation where I know my energy is going to be tested.

The concept is simple: envision a bubble of light surrounding your entire body. Nothing that isn’t meant for you can enter. Everything you need stays in.

Is it giving Glinda the Good Witch? Absolutely.
Does it work? Also absolutely.

As someone who is highly sensitive to energy, this has become one of those non-negotiables for me. Takes about 30 seconds and the difference in how I move through a space is genuinely noticeable.

Your energy is yours. You’re allowed to protect it. ✨🫧

Honestly, the women who get the most out of energy healing are usually the ones who weren’t sure they believed in it.

Not because skepticism is a superpower, but because they came in open enough to feel what happened rather than trying to intellectualise it the whole time.

Energy healing isn’t magic. It’s a different kind of access point to the same healing you’ve already been working toward. One that reaches places that talking sometimes can’t.

If you’ve been curious but on the fence, this one’s for you. 🦋

Once a month I open a space.

No agenda. No performance. No pressure to be further along than you are.
Just a room full of women who are ready to drop in, receive, and remember who they are.

It’s called The Devotion Room.

It’s free. It’s live. It’s unrecorded: what happens in the room stays in the room.

We do group energy healing. Channelled guidance. Meditation. And sometimes, if it feels right, a little hot seat coaching.

It’s for the woman who has been meaning to invest in herself but isn’t sure where to start.
It’s for the woman who just needs to feel something shift.
It’s for the woman who wants to be in a room with other women who get it.

First Tuesday of the month. 7:30 PM EST. Link in bio.
Next one is happening June 2nd.

Come as you are. 🩷

Last night I had the honour of speaking at The Magnetic Founder event, and I’ve been sitting with the feeling ever since.

I’ll be honest with you: I was nervous. That full-body, heart-racing kind of nervous that lives right next to excitement and you can barely tell the difference. It’s been a long time since I’ve stood on a stage like that, and my body knew it.

But here’s what I keep coming back to this morning. Even with the nerves, even speaking a little faster than I probably should have, I felt completely like myself up there. There was no performance. No version of me trying to be something. Just the work, the women in that room, and something that felt a lot like coming home.

Doing the things that scare us, the ones that also light something up in us… that’s where we grow. Not in the comfortable, familiar, already-figured-out places. At the edge. The place where you’re genuinely not sure how it’s going to go and you show up anyway.

If something has been sitting on your heart lately, something that excites you as much as it terrifies you, that feeling is not a warning. It’s an invitation.

Say yes to it. 🦋

Burnout rarely arrives all at once. It sneaks in through the weeks where you just kept going because stopping felt like it wasn’t an option.

I’ve been there. And the thing that pulled me out wasn’t a new system or a better morning routine.
It was getting honest about what was actually draining me and then doing something really radical: going back to basics and focusing only on what was within my control.

That sounds simple. It’s genuinely not always easy.
But it’s where the reset actually starts.

Screenshot slide 4 and do the audit this week. Come back and tell me what you found.
