WELCOME TO OUR SHOW!!!

The Ontario Championships and The Rhythm Fest competitions finalize the competitive season of 2016-2017. Competitions were held at Markham Pan Am Centre, June 10th-11th. All our gymnasts came home with medals. Congratulations to Anna Ling Liu. Anna won Silver for Free, and Bronze for Ball. Anna became a Bronze medalist for 2017 Ontario Championships. Congratulations to Anna Zhou for winning Silver for Free, and Fourth All Around. Congratulations to Estera Bacila for swiping all the Silver in all apparatuses, and All Around. Congratulations to Ella Gruber for completing a wonderful first year in Provincial Level 1B. Great job, girls!
Thank you to all judges for judging long hours throughout the whole season. Thank you to all coaches who were helping coaching the girls from RGC Expressia this season. Thank you parents for your help and time.

Viva Cup, June 3rd, Scarborough.
Warm congratulations to all gymnast who were representing RGC Expressia at the Viva Cup! Sorina and Annika swept Gold medals for their routines! Annie took a bronze for her Hoop. Ella, Cristina and Lina were showing their nice routines as expressive as they could! Haylee and Tori had a great performance getting their personal best results! Congratulation Girls, Great Job!

Qualifier 2, Markham Pan Am Centre, May 5-7, 2017. Warm congratulation to Anna Ling Liu and Anna Zhou for qualifying to Ontario Championships. Anna Zhou was Second all around, First in Free and second in Rope and Ribbon. Anna Ling Liu was 7th in Free and 8th all around. Congratulation girls!!!

The Eastern Regional Championships 2017, 21-23 of April, York University, Toronto.
It's amazing how hard girls are working to prepare for the competitions. How many years of training behind their little shoulders. How strong they need to be to face their fear, to fight their nerves, to reach their goals under huge pressure. And if they fall, they have enough of will power to get up and continue working even harder. Thank you, girls for your hard work.
Congratulations to Sasha for qualifying to Canadian Championships and winning Bronze medal in Hoop. Congratulations to Estera for bringing home Silver medal for Ball and finishing 5th All around. Congratulations to Catherine for a beautiful Clubs routine and taking 8th place for it. Thank you Cynthia for a very nice Ball and Clubs routines.

On April 15th in Aurora our girls participated at The Spring Classic Competitions hosted by Silhouette of York RG club.
Warm Congratulation to Ella and Cristina competing in level 1B Provincial and level 1 Inter club. Warm Congratulation to Sorina for taking 1st place in Free and 3rd in Ball, Haylee for winning 1st place in Free, 3rd in Rope, Tori 2nd in Free, 4th in Ball, Annika winning gold in Hoop and Rope, Annie for 1st place in Hoop and 4th Rope, Abbey for winning gold medal in Ball, Anna for getting a silver in Free and Bronze in Ball and All around, and Anna Zhou for winning all gold medals in Provincial level 5A in all apparatuses and all around! A huge thank you to coach Erin Rivers for hard work and for her long hours at gym. Congratulations to all gymnasts and their parents, Good job everyone!!!

Elite Ontario Competitions were on April 1-2, at Etobicoke. Congratulations to National level gymnasts: Catherine, Sasha and Cynthia. Dear girls, the competitions are not easy, but don't give up, and step by step you'll reach your goals!!! Best wishes for the next competitions!!!

Last weekend on March 24-26 our club was participating at Ontario Rhythmic Gymnastics First Qualifier. The competitions took place in Ottawa at Asbury College.
