We collaborated with Arabella for their sixth birthday, and the outcome was truly delightful.

A blend of a hand-selected Cognac barrel-aged honey saison, riverbank grapes, local apples, and foraged elderberries from our own ‘s property resulted in a super dynamic and effervescent saison with layers and layers of radiant flavours derived from the local terroir. We highly recommend that you try one before it’s gone!
