I’m so grateful told me about her kids yoga course she was taking at one of my BUCKETLIST yoga destinations.

I’ve spent the last few days in yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic and Qigong classes. I feel both rejuvenated and inspired and looking forward to getting back in the mat with you with soon!

Its time!

After taking some down time to relax with family and explore the future we are so excited to collaborate with Route 39 Fitness.

This conversation started months ago and while we took a pause for everyone to find their own footing, Braide and I are so excited to be enter this space, supporting their gym and working with such a great business here in Calmar.

The fact that its still walking distance from is good coffee bar & more is always a plus!

August schedule will open as of July 27th with appointments starting August 8th once we have completed beautifying the space.

We can't wait to share this journey with you!

I’m back!

This last weekend at the Wild Roses Festival was MAGICAL. This picture was taken after a FULLY BOOKED day of massages (17 in total) listening to some beautiful music, eating some delicious curry, and enjoy the sunset.

We braved all the elements this weekend. Foggy mornings, thunder storms, tornado warnings, blistering heat and BUGS. But through all of that, the weekend really couldn’t go any better.

The clients were absolutely amazing. Whether in pure Zen or laughing our way through thunder- I honestly am walking away from this weekend feeling inspired and connected to an industry I’ve been in for the last 20 years.

Today, while I work my way through PILES of laundry and breaking up toddler fights, I’m contemplating future plans 😉
