I'm looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and compassionate person to provide part-time operational and administrative support for Hello Darlene – Senior Transitions & Organization.

This independent contractor opportunity may be a great fit for someone who enjoys:

🔹Organizing information and digital files
🔹Experience with Google Workspace and OneDrive
🔹Creating systems and improving processes
🔹Working with CRM software (Hubspot experience an asset)
🔹Coordinating team schedules, appointments, and administrative details
🔹Bringing order to the behind-the-scenes work of a growing business
🔹Supporting older adults and their families through meaningful work

Approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, with a mix of ongoing support and special projects.

Experience in administration, executive assistance, healthcare administration, office management, project coordination, social media management, systems management, or similar roles would be considered an asset.
