we installed a beautiful Lux window and upgraded the old aluminum siding to hardyboard, just a small job but a huge difference!

Just have a little finish work on the outside but these new bay windows look great and really improve the look of this old house. @ Calgary, Alberta

, here we have the new framing and insulation installed and the beginnings of the proper subfloor. Just a little bit more and we are ready to install the new vinyl double lock flooding!

diving into the failed attempt from a previous contractor you can see the poor framing and insulation attempt. Note the daylight coming from under the door! So sad to see contractors who have no idea what they are doing costing homeowners thousands in repairs- .

found this while preparing for new flooring, the contractor who built this small addition failed to build it right, failed to seal the wall to the floor correctly. This caused the previous home owners years of drafty front entrance and extra heating costs. Choose your contractor carefully
